Cancellation Policy

♡ Non-refundable deposits: Many of our products, classes and services have non-refundable deposits.

♡ Notice period: 48 hours, is typically required for cancellations to avoid a fee.

♡ Late cancellation fees: A fee (50% or the full session fee) is charged for cancellations made with less than the required notice.

♡ No-shows: Failure to attend without prior notice will result in a full payment required for the session or course.

♡ Rescheduling: In some cases with enough notice and exceptional circumstances rescheduling can happen.

♡ Course cancellation by provider: If the course is cancelled by Audrey B, a full refund will be offered. I will not be responsible for other expenses like travel or accommodation.

♡ Transferability: Some services are transferable to another person.
